POLICY To
better serve our clients, we require 24-hour notice for cancellation. If you are more than 15 minutes
late, and have not notified us, your appointment will be rescheduled due to our need to provide prompt dedicated service to
another client. If you are a NO SHOW & NO CALL you'll have
to find a new stylist :-) We will confirm all appointments 24 hours in advance, either
by phone or email.
